About Satterfield Realty—A Four-Generation Pocatello Real Estate Company

atterfield Realty is the only four-generation real estate company in Pocatello, one of few four-generation companies in the state. Real estate is who we are and what we know. Founded by Ammon Y. Satterfield over 70 years ago, Satterfield Realty has stood the test of time by offering customer-first service, unrivaled competence, and absolute integrity.

Region-wide Reach

Our company specializes in residential home sales and is a member of the Greater Pocatello Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which grants our agents online access to property and home listings throughout Pocatello and Southeast Idaho. With this tool we can assist you in purchasing a home located anywhere in the region, no matter which company has it listed.

New Home Construction

In addition to our experience in resale, we possess abundant expertise in new home construction. Over the years, we have developed strong business relationships with building contractors in the area. Buyers and builders benefit from our custom floor plans we draw to fit buyers' needs and to take advantage of lots' orientations and terrains. We are responsible for developing the majority of the east bench of Pocatello, known as the Highland area. The Highland bench is held in high regard for its low crime, clean neighborhoods, and easy access to shopping and schools—thanks in large part to a single developer taking interest in the area for over 70 years.

Commitment to Community

In addition to numerous subdivisions and over 2,000 developed lots, Satterfield Realty donated the 125 acres where the Highland Golf Course sits and worked closely with the school district in arranging Highland High School to be built next door. We love calling Pocatello our home because of the great people, beautiful scenery, and overall quality of life. Satterfield Realty has been committed to the city of Pocatello for over 70 years and will continue to serve the "Gate City" for many years to come.

Four Generations of Service

Today, Satterfield Realty operates under the direction of the third and fourth generations of Satterfields. Steve represents the third generation and is president and real estate broker. He began his professional real estate career in October 1972. Given his numerous years of service, few in Pocatello can match his expertise. His son Bill, fourth generation, began working with the company in 2000. He specializes in residential home sales and works closely with Steve as Associate Broker and Office Manager. Ryan, also a fourth generation Satterfield in the business, began working in 2001. He oversees the company's subdivision developments and lot sales. His father, Ken, retired at the end of 2003 but continues to be a great resource for the company's subdivision developments.
