For Sale

Lots marked "For Sale" may be purchased for the construction of custom homes. All lot sales are subject to application approval. This process helps us assess the quality of craftsmanship of the intended contractor, the conformity of the floor plan and facade to the neighborhood, and the timeliness of the project.

These lots are also availabe in a build-to-suit arrangement at a discount. Refer to the category below for details.

Build to Suit

Home packages from Satterfield Realty are available on our build-to-suit lots. We offer these lots at a considerable discount over our "For Sale" lots. We hope that in working with us, you will want to work with us again and will refer us to your family and friends.

We will design or customize a floor plan for you in house, and then contract with one of the city's top builders to construct you a high-quality custom home. To get an idea on package prices, browse the spec houses currently under construction. When you're ready, contact us for an initial consultation.

NOTE:  Built-to-suit lots with no price have already been contracted to builders for spec homes. Since construction hasn't begun, however, it's not too late to arrange for the home of your choice on that lot.

Spec Home Under Construction

These lots have spec homes underway, which are available for purchase. Homes in the latter phases of construction are priced and placed on the market. Homes in the early phases of construction may be customized as arranged with the builder including carpet, tile, wall color, exterior finish, cabinetry, hardware, and lighting fixtures. (Customizations may cost extra.)

SOLD

"SOLD" lots are no longer available for purchase. Either a spec home on the lot has sold, or the lot is under contract for construction of a custom home.
