An ambitious self-starter, Tom spent a year in Denver launching a successful pest control company, which he later sold to return to his native Pocatello with his wife and small son. He accepted a position with a local title company and enrolled at Idaho State University to complete his degree in business finance. He acquired both his real estate license and Idaho pesticide license soon after, eager to begin his dual career in Pocatello real estate and Pocatello pest control.
