Evan is all about service. For years he trained dozens and dozens of real estate agents on how to listen to and meet the housing needs of their customers. He gave up his role as manager and broker of one of Eastern Idaho's largest real estate firms to serve the community in the legislature. After twelve years of focusing on improving the community and state, he retired from the legislature in 2002. He is now available to assist you in both the buying and selling of your home. He chooses to sell only a limited number of homes to allow sufficient time for those customers who choose his one-on-one expertise.
Evan and his wife, Analyn, have raised four children in Pocatello and know the public schools and university well. Both are graduates of Idaho State University, as is their oldest son.
